Kia Tīna is a pioneering crowdfunding platform dedicated to promoting te reo Māori across Aotearoa. Emerging from the Programming Māori Potential (PMP) rangatahi accelerator, Kia Tīna empowers individuals and communities to launch and support projects that enhance the use and visibility of te reo Māori in everyday life.

The platform serves as a hub for diverse initiatives, including wānanga (educational workshops), community-driven projects, resource development, technological innovations, and creative arts, all aimed at revitalising and normalising te reo Māori. By connecting project creators with potential supporters, Kia Tīna facilitates the growth of grassroots movements that contribute to the flourishing of the Māori language.
